This is factually inaccurate. There are volumes of recorded verifiable history including works by Prof. Majumdar and currently works of history produced by Sri Rajiv Mahotra's infinity foundation that present clear and verifiable data that information travelled overseas and scholars exchanged information by travelling and writing throughout the world esp from the India. Scores of such transmission of knowledge is traceable to India on a big scale. An example is existence of universities of Sanskrit in a lot of the major universities in Europe during the British time and before.
